These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk3665 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the pk3665 website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, promotions, and all related services. By registering an account on pk3665, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of this agreement.
1. General Provisions

- 1.5 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the Player and pk3665 relating to the subject matter herein.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- 2.1 To register and use pk3665, you must be at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. pk3665 strictly enforces its 21+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
- 2.2 Registration is open to individuals who are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to verify that online gambling is lawful in their location before registering.
- 2.3 Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani CNIC number where applicable.
- 2.4 pk3665 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited. Violations will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
- 2.5 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of pk3665 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register as Players.
- 2.6 pk3665 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.
Age Verification Notice: pk3665 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral in applicable jurisdictions. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account will be permanently forfeited.
3. Account Management
- 3.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. pk3665 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their login details.
- 3.2 Players must notify pk3665 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account or any security breach affecting their credentials.
- 3.3 pk3665 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, or assign their account or any account credits to any third party.
- 3.4 Players must keep their registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — up to date at all times. pk3665 bears no liability for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
- 3.5 Account verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at pk3665's discretion. Required documents may include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- 3.6 Inactive accounts — those with no login or transactional activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee or administrative closure in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- 4.1 All transactions on pk3665 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
- 4.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the pk3665 cashier page and are subject to change. Players should review current limits before initiating a transaction.
- 4.3 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. pk3665 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the relevant account investigated.
- 4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the account and registered in the Player's name. pk3665 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
- 4.5 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
- 4.6 pk3665 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or any other compliance review.
- 4.7 Players are responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction. pk3665 does not provide tax advice and recommends players consult a qualified tax professional where relevant.
PKR Wallet Note: pk3665 maintains all player funds in segregated accounts, held separately from the Company's operational capital. This ensures that player balances are protected and available for withdrawal at all times, independent of the Company's financial position.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
- 5.1 pk3665 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates, which are communicated at the time of each offer.
- 5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a Player's bonus wallet and are separate from real-money balances. Real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified in the relevant bonus terms.
- 5.3 Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance or withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's terms.
- 5.4 pk3665 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any bonus credit, or amend bonus terms at any time if the Company has reason to believe the Player is abusing the promotional offer or acting in bad faith.
- 5.5 Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with one another unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, household, IP address, and device.
- 5.6 Bonus balances that have not been wagered within the specified expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice.
6. Gameplay Rules
- 6.1 All casino games available on pk3665 — including live dealer tables, slots, table games, and specialty games — are provided by licensed and independently certified game studios. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and available for review on request.
- 6.2 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and any wager returned to the Player's account. pk3665's decision in such matters is final.

7. Sports Betting Rules
- 7.1 The pk3665 sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, international T20 series, test matches, and bilateral series — as well as football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports markets. Available markets and odds are subject to change without prior notice.
- 7.2 All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party, subject to the exceptions set out in clause 7.4.
- 7.3 pk3665 reserves the right to set individual and market-level betting limits. Unusually large bets may be subject to manual review prior to acceptance. The Company reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion.
- 7.4 Bets may be voided if placed after an event has commenced and the in-play betting function was not active, if odds were published due to a manifest error, or if the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the applicable sport's governing rules.
- 7.5 In-play (live) betting markets are subject to momentary suspension during key events such as wickets, goals, or injury stoppages. pk3665 is not liable for any delays in market suspension where a Player places a bet during such a period.
- 7.6 Any bet placed using insider information, in collusion with other parties, or in circumstances constituting match-fixing will be voided and the relevant account suspended. pk3665 actively cooperates with sports integrity bodies.
8. Prohibited Activities
- 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk3665 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action: (a) providing false identity information during registration or KYC; (b) operating multiple accounts; (c) using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (d) exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; (e) engaging in any form of money laundering or proceeds-of-crime activity; (f) colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes; (g) chargebacks on legitimate transactions.
- 8.2 pk3665 employs advanced fraud detection and real-time monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be placed under review, during which withdrawal requests may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
- 8.3 Players must not attempt to access pk3665's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces. Any such attempt constitutes a criminal offence under applicable cybercrime legislation.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): pk3665 operates a robust AML compliance programme in accordance with international standards. Large or unusual transactions may be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Players must not use pk3665 for the purposes of laundering, concealing, or converting illicitly obtained funds.
9. Data & Privacy
- 9.1 pk3665 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.
- 9.2 pk3665 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without the Player's explicit consent.
- 9.3 Player data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or licensing bodies where required by applicable law or as directed by a competent court order.
10. Suspension & Termination
- 10.1 pk3665 may suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
- 10.2 Players may close their account at any time by contacting pk3665 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
- 10.3 Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, pk3665 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
- 10.4 Self-exclusion requests submitted under the pk3665 Responsible Gaming programme will result in immediate account restriction. Players who have self-excluded may not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period. Any account opened by a self-excluded Player will be closed and balances returned.
11. Limitation of Liability
- 11.1 pk3665 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3665 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- 11.2 pk3665 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Player's use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- 11.3 In all cases, pk3665's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 11.4 pk3665 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or any other technical problems on the Player's side that result in interrupted gameplay or lost bets.
12. Governing Law
- 12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3665 holds its International Gaming License.
- 12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pk3665's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant gaming authority.
- 12.3 Players agree to first submit any complaint to pk3665 customer support and allow a reasonable period of no fewer than thirty (30) days for internal resolution before escalating to any external body.
13. Amendments to These Terms
- 13.1 pk3665 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
- 13.2 Continued use of the pk3665 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
- 13.3 If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they must close their account before the effective date of the change. Closure requests submitted for this reason will be processed promptly and any eligible balance returned.
